The Four Phases of Your Journey

Every journey is unique. While each process unfolds differently, my work follows four phases designed to support you from our first conversation through preparation, the inner journey, and integration.

1. Consultation & Screening

A thoughtful conversation to explore your intentions, answer your questions, and ensure this work is appropriate and safe for you.

2. Preparation

Preparation is where the journey truly begins. Together we clarify your intentions, build trust, and prepare your mind, body, and nervous system for the experience.

3. Guided Inner Journey

A carefully held space where you are supported throughout your experience with presence, compassion, and respect, allowing your own inner healing intelligence to unfold.

4. Integration

Real transformation happens through integration. Together we make sense of your experience and support lasting change in your everyday life.

Meet Thura

I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to meet ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.

My own journey has taught me that healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about gently returning to who we truly are beneath fear, old patterns, and the roles we have learned to play.

I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe that each person already carries the wisdom they need within themselves. My role is to create the conditions where that wisdom can emerge.

Today, I support people through preparation, psychedelic journeys, integration, breathwork, and holistic wellbeing. My approach combines professional training with lived experience, always placing safety, presence, and deep respect at the heart of the work.

Whether we meet online, in Spain, or in Iceland, my intention is simple: to create a calm and compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and free to reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

What People Say

A beautiful journey guided by presence, attunement, grounding, integrity, and great care. That is how I can describe my first psychedelic experience.

I rarely feel safe opening up to new people, but Thura’s gentleness made it safe, and I felt truly seen. She met me with great respect and integrity, honored my boundaries, listened to my needs, and gave me space to simply be myself.
Each phase of the process was personally tailored, allowing the journey to unfold naturally and at the right pace, my pace.

During the ceremony itself, Thura held the space as a soft, present, warm container, perfectly attuned to whatever arose. She offers an impressive level of support and guidance, especially given that this kind of work may have a beginning but not a fixed end.

I hold this profound experience dear to my heart and feel deeply grateful to have had Thura guiding me every step of the way.

About a year ago, I found myself at a pivotal point in my life, deeply longing for a new outlook on life and its purpose. As it happened, destiny guided me toward Thura, who kindly offered to support me as a facilitator.

Not with quick solutions, but through a carefully balanced journey using the wonders that nature has to offer—wonders that have the capacity to unveil a hidden world within us.

And what a world it is!

I would never have believed that such mental clarity and capacity could be accessed through some of our “forbidden fruits.” Yet there is a paradox involved. Engaging in this kind of journey can change everything—or nothing at all. The key lies in careful integration between sessions: bringing the learnings into our everyday thoughts and lives. One should not expect the mind to detox without deliberately removing toxins from one’s life.

Thura made this very clear from the beginning and opened her toolbox to support that process. I was fortunate to listen, because it has made all the difference.

There is, however, another essential element: there is no single path or method for this journey. Do not expect—or accept—someone to lead you in that way. The art of facilitation is not one of authority, but of humble guidance, something Thura consistently embodied throughout our sessions. Her kindness and empathetic presence became an anchor on my journey.

I am still integrating these learnings into my life, and I still have much to learn. But the path is set, and I now embrace life with renewed hope and a different perspective.

The journey has just begun.

Why is it so difficult to surrender? I have asked myself this question ever since a friend referred me to Thura, a psychedelic practitioner and guide in Iceland. Resistance was my initial reaction. Haven’t I surrendered enough?

I had already been on a two-year odyssey toward improved mental health through a mixture of therapy, coaching, and medication. I had established better routines, restored broken relationships, and learned to manage anxiety and depression.

The lingering doubt, however, left a seedling of curiosity, and I reached out to Thura.

Magnetism. That’s how I would describe Thura.

With care and compassion, she led me through a process—both methodical and mystical—to recognize how my ego seeks control over presence, strength over tenderness. The truth is that I needed to embrace all parts of myself, not a caricature of who I want to be or what others want me to be.

Thura granted me permission to embrace the full range of feeling—sensual, spatial, and spiritual—by modeling the ideal guide who knows things deeply and beyond the realm of intellectual consent.

Surrender as a bodily experience. An invitation. A meditation. A revelation.

The ceremony, of course, is the culmination of a process designed to assess suitability and safety. But the process fails unless attended by the firm and steady hands of an experienced practitioner.

I would never have trusted the process without first trusting Thura.

Her preparation, attention to detail, communication style, and personal touch extend through the integration phase. Her skill set transcends easy labeling, for how do we describe someone so imminently qualified to lead large corporate teams, yet who chooses instead to design tailored plans to help those of us struggling with deep burdens and desires?

Powerful.

I surrendered to a process. I surrendered to myself. And I surrendered to Thura.
